Located in a calm street, at a 2 minute walk from bars, bus stop and all amenities, it is both very central as totally tranquil. It's an ideal hideaway if you are looking for a combination of very easy access to the coast, being very near bars and restaurants, and being in the real Andalusia. The block was built in 2008 and has been kept up to excellent standards. The entrance to this apartment is on the ground floor. Here you will find the kitchen, dining space, and toilet for guests. Walking down the staircase, you arrive on a floor that is superbly cool in summer. Here you will find a lounge, also with dining corner, a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a guest bedroom, and a separate bathroom. From the lounge you walk onto a patio that is shared with one other apartment, and which is used for the practical things of life. On the roof of the building, there is a very spacious communal roof top terrace. An elevator is installed. Right now the community of 8 apartment owners is not using it, though it can be put into motion. Monda is a pretty, whitewashed village at the edge of natural park Sierra de las Nieves, just 15 minutes from the coast of Marbella. For a small town, you will be surprised about what this lovely place has to offer. Monda attracts a big group of students each year, as the Marbella Design Academy is situated on the outskirts of the village. There are quite a few bars, restaurants and even two clubs for the younger generation, which are always busy! The village has everything you need, and more: a small supermarket, local bakery, pharmacy, vet clinic, weekly fruit market and did we mention the churros truck on Sunday mornings? The community pool is just a 5 minute walk from the centre of town and if you continue walking, you can explore the beautiful national park Sierra de las Nieves. This is the ideal place for hiking, biking, motor crossing and horseback riding. Monda is 30 minutes (37 km) from the city of Málaga and the airport. The coast of Marbella is only 15 minutes (15 km) away.
