Upon entering the house there is a living / dining room with a fireplace and kitchen. A large open space with wooden vaulted ceilings. Next to the kitchen there is a pantry/laundry room. From the lounge you can access the two bedrooms which have large fitted wardrobes and the bathroom with bath and shower. Both the bedrooms and the bathroom have underfloor heating. The property has an automatic entrance gate, security cameras, large parking area and a saltwater pool with waterfall feature. It has water from a private well and electricity. Practically the whole plot is on a slope and therefore requires very little maintenance. Please note that the access to the property is via a steep dirt track up the mountain, although it's a good track. It's 2.5km east from the restaurant Los Caballos in Álora.
