This is a unique Scandinavian home design project with 8 houses overlooking the beautiful valleys of Mijas. Each house has its own pool integrated into the terrace and can be customized with 2 different designs (Design A or B) to suit your preferences. Inspired by Scandinavian quality and minimalist design, our architects have created a house with the best standards in energy efficiency and materials. Designed for year-round enjoyment, these modern homes feature open spaces, large sliding glass doors, and a functional layout with up to 4 bedrooms. The terrace, garden and pool are elegantly integrated, blending with the house to create a unique indoor and outdoor space. All glass windows and doors come with high quality aluminum frames and have triple glass that blocks UV rays in the summer and insulates the house from the cold in the winter. Sand-colored tile flooring extends throughout the house and onto the terrace. The floor can be heated to ensure a healthy and comfortable indoor environment all year round. The houses are located north of Fuengirola, just 20 minutes from Malaga airport, with a beautiful view of the valleys of Mijas.
