El Charco del Canalon, some natural pools where you can swim in the summer, and its waterfall are within walking distance. This privileged and quiet place has a very pleasant microclimate. There are about 5 other fincas in the area, wich is accessible by car only to it's owners, no other construction will ever be allowed in this area. Each house has its own well with its pressure pump for drinking water and its installation of solar panels and batteries for electricity. The property is accessible all year round by a good rural road. You get to the town of Istán in 15 minutes by car, in 40 minutes you are in Marbella, Puerto Banus and the beaches.
