Villa in Manilva

This is an independent house in a small, pretty urbanisation of villas, located in El Parador, Hacienda Guadalupe. The house is completely detached with a private garden. There is direct access via a gate from the garden to a path that leads to a lovely communal adult pool and kids' pool, surrounded by lush gardens. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, the house is well presented and very bright. The lounge-diner with wood burning stove, fully fitted kitchen and guest toilet are all on the ground floor. There is air-conditioning in the lounge and master bedroom. The first floor is home to three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bedrooms have lots of natural light. The master bedroom is ensuite, has air-conditioning and a balcony with sea views. You can access the garden from the main living room. The garden, is terraced at present, making it very easy to maintain. It is a large private area, perfect for BBQ's and dining al fresco - you can really make the most of the Mediterranean climate. What I love most about this house is that it is independent and finding a small villa with its own plot at this price is difficult. It would make a perfect family home. Apart from that, the location is superb. You can walk to the beach in 10 minutes. You can also walk down the road to the sought after Argentinian restaurant, El Estribo and across the footbridge to San Rafael or even the Manilva Beach Chiringuito. Hacienda Guadalupe is located in Manilva, in Malaga province. It is very close to Cadiz province. This means that you are surrounded by some incredible places - in less than an hour you can be on the white sandy beaches of Tarifa and Costa de la Luz. In 10 minutes, you can be in the well-known Sotogrande with its luxurious, 'The Beach' Resort in La Reserva or its world-renowned golf courses. You are also minutes away from La Duquesa Marina with its numerous restaurants and cafés. If you fancy some shopping or nightlife, Marbella and Puerto Banus are just over 20 minutes away. The area is known for its lovely beaches and fabulous restaurants. Neighbouring Casares is also known for its gastronomy and spectacular white-washed village. The area has lots to offer.
